Virtú Ambiental was responsible for preparing the socioeconomic portion of the Simplified Environmental Report (RAS) of ENEVA's gas pipeline, a project that required a comprehensive methodological approach to map the social impacts along the entire length of the project.
The work included field visits to a representative sample number of families located in both the direct and indirect area of influence of the pipeline. In addition to the diagnosis of the communities, meetings were held with institutional representatives of the various municipalities located on the route of the project.
This methodology allowed a comprehensive understanding of regional socioeconomic contexts, identifying local particularities and subsidizing the development of appropriate measures for each reality encountered. The project demonstrates our experience in large-scale linear enterprises, where the diversity of social contexts requires differentiated approaches.
